Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's bout.
Ex twice unified title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
